I was introduced to the “total body weight program” by ordering Craig’s Turbulence Training Program. I consider him to be the guru of this concept. I have been taking this product for 3 years now and I have not had the flu while I have been on this vitamin.
Prior to taking Pana C-315 it never failed every winter I would come down with the flu, even with a flu shot. Folks, I recommend this product. I have to admit, it is not cheap but many health food stores will have a reduced price for the 34 ounce bottle. I think it’s worth it.
