Exercise…ugh!The Biggest Loser Workout: Cardio Max (2007)
Thursday, August 7th, 2008Today I exercised to the Biggest loser 20 minute workout with Bob. I am all for 20 minutes of TOTAL body workout. This is not your typical jazzersiced, choreographed, complicated to follow routine. This was good old jumping jacks, pushups, lunges with weights and more! This one is a keeper folks!
